Creamy Tuscan Pasta

Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Chicken

Sauce

Pasta (shells or tubes work best)

Steps

  1. Butterfly chicken and coat in the spice mix
  2. Add some oil to a pan and cook the chicken through
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, garlic and pepper
  4. Start boiling the pasta
  5. Cover in spices and toast for a couple more minutes
  6. Add the cream and salt and pepper to taste
  7. Simmer for a few minutes, then add spinach and sundried tomatoes
  8. Add the chedder cheese and some pasta water to emulsify
  9. Serve with chicken sliced on top of the pasta.
